Who I am

I am John Sambrook. I founded Common Sense Systems in 1996 in Kirkland, Washington. I work with owners when everyone is occupied and almost nothing finishes.

Is this a methodology course?

No. We look at waiting, rework, and pile-up in the actual operation. You will not leave with a new vocabulary.

Do you need months of data?

No. Owners usually already know where work sits. We make that visible enough to act, then we act.

Will you tell us to hire more people?

Not as a first move. Full calendars and slow work often mean too much is open, not that you are short a body.
